My anticipated aid section was incorrect this year. I spent lots of time calling the financial aid office AND the cashier's office to get it fixed. Neither would own up to the mistake and neither said they could fix it. In the end, I got the right amount of aid but it was incredibly frustrating to repeatedly contact different offices, only to be told they weren't who I should have been talking to.9 votes
I know when we sign in that it tells us if we owe anything, but it would be nice to see how the account activity affects the account balance...I always have to go to the bills to see how the charges affect my account.5 votes
As a graduate student jointly enrolled in two programs, the system has created serious problems with getting financial aid released. It places an automatic hold on my account as not being a "full-time student" even though I might have more than 12 hours because they're split between two programs.
Also, why do you keep deleting my very serious suggestion that we admit ConnectCarolina is too problematic and go back to Student Central?2 votesMax Beckman-Harned responded
The ConnectCarolina team reports this is expected behavior for the system; thus making this an idea for a feature request (instead of a bug, which goes through a different process). The Users Forum will review this idea with the others on this forum.
